CB026 Smokestacks Coffee House

The Smokestacks Coffee House is a renovated factory that now serves a dual purpose. On the first floor there is a coffee shop with a covered outdoor patio, community board, and attention-grabbing giant coffee cup. On the 2nd floor there is a tech startup company, with a kitchenette, bike rack, cluster of desks, water cooler and server racks. The old factory skylights bring natural light to the building's newest workers. Urban renewal at it's finest!
