Kits include complete downloadable instructions and parts lists along with all the pieces needed to build the model. After your purchase is completed, you will be able to download instructions and we will ship the pieces for the model to you via the address you have registered with Paypal. If you just want to expand your city and don't have time to build a kit, check out our models.
